kaja bordevich ballo, norwegian student in nice, committed suicide hours after hearing results of negative scientology personality test. in april 2008, aftenposten noted french police investigating connections between scientology , ballo s death. investigation being headed judge in france. prosecutors stated in december 2008 not determine direct link between scientology personality test , ballo s death. family decided not file civil lawsuit, case received attention both in france, , in norway several family members politicians, , suicides not discussed in mass media.
