it desirable prevent line breaks breaking across lines might confusing or awkward. example:



whether non-breaking space appropriate depends on context: whereas appropriate use 12{{nbsp}}mb in prose, may counterproductive in table (where horizontal space precious) , unnecessary in short parameter value in infobox (where break never occur anyway).
