the mejlis of crimean tatar people denounced laws, stating government has moved open attack on fundamental rights , freedoms, including adopting cynical failure of parliamentary procedures , democratic principles laws violate constitution , international obligations of ukraine, restrict right free assembly, free speech , media, , warned against use of violence in protests helping establish yanukovych regime dictatorship.
