in 2007, world wrestling entertainment (wwe) launched new development territory, florida championship wrestling (fcw). harry smith, nattie neidhart, , tj wilson moved new farm territory, aligned , formed next/new generation hart foundation (also known new hart foundation) , later joined teddy hart , ted dibiase jr.. @ fcw s debut show on june 26, smith won 21-man battle royal become promotion s first southern heavyweight champion. plans bring stable wwe s main roster made teddy hart released development contract in october. eventually, dibiase, neidhart, , smith, after losing southern heavyweight championship, called main roster, albeit on separate shows, dibiase , smith (using name dh smith) sent raw , neidhart smackdown, disbanding next generation hart foundation.

ecw (2008–2009)

in 2009 wwe supplemental draft, natalya , smith officially drafted ecw brand, despite smith never debuting smackdown. on may 12 episode of ecw on sci fi, smith debuted on ecw under name david hart smith, interfering in kidd s match against finlay, signaling reformation of group, briefly under name hart trilogy, before settling on hart dynasty. smith made debut group defeating finlay following week. team had first match together, alongside jack swagger, defeating fellow canadian christian , tommy dreamer in handicap match on may 26. made first appearance tag team on june 9 episode of ecw defeating christian , swagger.

last unified tag team champions (2009–2010)

on june 29, trio traded smackdown brand , debuted team brand on july 3 episode of smackdown, when kidd , smith lost cryme tyme. hart dynasty made pay-per-view debut @ bragging rights in 14-man tag team match in team successful in winning. had first match unified wwe tag team championship against d-generation x in december, lost.

on march 28, 2010, hart dynasty, (along rest of hart family), in uncle bret s corner faced mr. mcmahon in no holds barred match @ wrestlemania xxvi, performing hart attack on mcmahon during match , officially becoming fan favorites result. following night on raw, hart dynasty defeated unified tag team championship shomiz (the miz , big show) in non-title match, after shomiz had insulted hart.

at extreme rules, earned shot @ unified tag team championship after defeating shomiz part of tag team gauntlet match (which included team of john morrison , r-truth , team of montel vontavious porter , mark henry). on april 26 episode of raw, hart dynasty defeated shomiz win unified tag team championship. following day, 3 members officially drafted raw brand in 2010 wwe supplemental draft. on may 10, kidd defeated miz in match earned member of hart dynasty match miz s wwe united states championship. miz allowed pick opponent championship match, , chose face bret hart. on following episode of raw on may 17, hart defeated miz win fifth united states championship, other members of hart dynasty, prevented chris jericho, william regal, , vladimir kozlov interfering on miz s behalf. @ on limit pay-per-view, hart dynasty defeated miz , chris jericho retain championship.

on may 24, 2010, hart named raw general manager , vacated united states championship result. on same episode of raw, hart dynasty began rivalry group composed of jimmy uso , jey uso, sons of rikishi, , tamina, daughter of jimmy superfly snuka. led non-title six-person mixed tag team match @ fatal 4-way pay per view, natalya pinned tamina win match. following night on raw, hart fired general manager. following month @ money in bank pay-per-view, hart dynasty , usos competed in tag team match unified tag team championship, kidd , smith won retain championship.

on august 16 episode of raw, world tag team championship retired, making hart dynasty final champions. on same night, bret hart presented hart dynasty brand new wwe tag team championship belts.

dissolution (2010)

at night of champions, hart dynasty lost wwe tag team championship cody rhodes , drew mcintyre in tag team turmoil match involved usos, kozlov , santino marella, , team of evan bourne , mark henry. after failed attempt regain championship, in kidd pushed off balance during double-team hart attack move, kidd , smith began have falling out 1 another.

this culminated on november 15 episode of raw, when kidd refused tag in , attacked smith during match wwe tag team championship against nexus (justin gabriel , heath slater). kidd became heel once again result of this. smith defeated kidd in singles match on november 25 episode of wwe superstars. afterward, smith offered shake kidd s hand, kidd refused , instead slapped him across face. on following episode of raw, kidd defeated smith in rematch.
