on 6 april, saudi-led coalition air-strikes hit al anad air base , military camp killing 10 fighters, while on 8 april, 8 houthis killed in ambush tribal fighters in karsh region.
on 11 april, 18 houthi fighters killed in ambush while heading aden. 2 days later, suspected al-qaeda in arabian peninsula (aqap) bombing left 15 pro-houthi soldiers dead in al houta.
on 13 april, anti-houthi fighters claimed have killed 15 in attack on houthi tank using machine guns , rocket-propelled grenades in al houta.
