ernst florian winter born in vienna, austria, oldest of 8 children of sociologist , former third vice mayor of vienna (1934–36) ernst karl winter. ernst florian winter attended humanistic grammar school in klostergasse in währing, after attended neulandschule. member of austrian catholic bund neuland. alfons stilfried , brothers otto , fritz molden in same group.
