initiated in 2014 dr pablo curras, canadian psychiatrist volunteering shant manas, pablo’s group meeting service users , carers or families. focused on boosting self-confidence , social skills of service users (who, due conditions, may have been ostracized or have little social contact). although session free structure core themes psycho-social education, friendship , communication, , games or activities during group aimed @ building upon or of these. teaches relaxation , exercise regimes such simple yoga routines. group, held once every 3 weeks, has attendance of around 10-15 people (both service users , families), , has received positive feedback accessing it.
