the church made of stone , lime, common building materials in batanes. espadaña belfry located on top of facade s pediment 1 of bells dated 1874. church has uneven wall thickness due addition of step buttresses , buttress walls. interiors, decorated in baroque style, showcase floral designs sunburst ornaments painted in polychrome , gilt lends golden glow among statuary. main retablo houses images of saint charles borromeo, patron, on center , surrounded saint joseph, saint dominic de guzman , saint rose of lima. 2 minor altar housing image of our lady of rosary on right , of holy child on left of central altar can found.
