the second shopping precinct located on avon drive , consists of small 1 stop supermarket, newsagent & post office, fish & chip shop, florists, coral betting shop, garage, pub called tiger moth, , elderly persons home called highfield .


further along brickhill drive pilgrim centre. small business park (remodelled on site of old pilgrim upper school closed in mid 80s) houses number of offices , businesses.


there few other smaller businesses , facilities located in brickhill, notably veterinary clinic, located on linnet way , charles wells pub called pheasant, located on avon drive.


the woodlands park housing estate entirely residential development, though plans shop included in planning brief area. older persons residential schemes anjulita court , ladyslaude court located on bramley way in area.
